Default whats best to option?

Whey looking at upgrading my handling as i feel i now have the rear shock knock so its a good excuse :P im looking to change in Feb give me time to save,

Searching around i can get kw variant 3 coilovers for £1836, but looking at litchfield i can pick up for only £2300

Adjustable Type-25 suspension kit
Uprated front anti roll bar
Uprated rear anti roll bar
Anti Lift Kit
Labour to install parts
4 Wheel laser alignment with Fast Road settings

im going to want to use my car on track what would be my best bet.

i dont mind paying the money for stuff that i know is top quality and going to transform the car

Thanks

Hi there

Lichtfield pack looking like is good choice, not sure which one coilovers they're using(Bilstein B14 or AST Sportsline),but if they're AST they can be firmer than B14

KW V3 is good choice, plus would suggest parts which are at Lichtfield Handling pack and would add too Whiteline Roll centre kit

Depends on your budget, but I would go with the best what you can afford, with wrong choice of coilovers you can be very disappointed

Yes Type 25 using AST coilovers(what I read too),but would ask Ian@Licthfield what coilovers are included at this handling pack

At this budget you should have mentioned KW V3 or Bilstein B14,with front and rear ARB's,Front and rear droplinks,ALK and Roll centre kit and money will left for labour/wheel alignment

Hi Dan

KW V3 cost £1364 from this link

http://www.fr-rtuning-shop.co.uk/ind...roduct_id=2628

or £1,421.10 inc VAT

http://www.motorsportworld.co.uk/fra...05&froogle=yes

ARB's

Eibach we have fitted £339,but I'm sure you can find them cheaper

http://www.dcperformance.co.uk/uprat...u/impreza.html

Whiteline ask here dealers about this or Alyn@AS Performance

Droplinks front and rear kit cost around £104 from FloFlex or you can check the SuperPro(speak to the Alyn@AS Performance,he is dealer for Whiteline or SuperPro)

Whiteline Roll Centre kit/Bump steer Kit cost around £165

Hi Dan

We're running Eibach ARB's and we are tracking the car, with Whiteline problem is they will rust after time, agreed this is only cosmetic,Eibach are still like new after one year, this is only downside of the Whiteline

ah got ya they say the eibach are fixed whereas the whiteline is adjustable, is there any real gain to this or do you stick it in the middle hole and forget about it?

Dan
What I know only front ones Eibach are non adjustable, rear ones are adjustable
We are running on the same setting like on the road or track and we are happy with them..
Maybe playing with rear ARB should be better, but for now we are happy.

You can search here on the post from Arnie and his recommendation on this

Agreed on is too many choices, but still is better have choices like don't have any choice or just one choice

I would speak to Lichtfield first and after that would speak to several companies which offering the kits

Can't comment if they're overpriced or have good prices, never used them, but people writing on them good reviews

Or you can speak with your selected garage in your area and compare prices, but still think with Lichtfield Imports you are in good hands
