Customer service doesn't get any better bearing in mind I didn't even purchase my BCs from Apex directly.
My BCs were installed April 2011 by API and in May this year the rear offside top mount started rattling. It had already been replaced once by API September 2011.
Bren picked up on this on another post https://www.scoobynet.com/suspension...coilovers.html #6 and offered to replace both rear top mounts and pay for getting them replaced. This work was carried out about a month ago.
Since then, I had another problem with the front which I was advised was probably the strut because everything else seemed OK. When I contacted Bren for his opinion he advised it was unlikely but, if it was the strut he would not only replace it but pay for the work as well. https://www.scoobynet.com/suspension...ion-clonk.html #14.
