Default I just want some STi Shock absorbers with springs!

Hi guys!

I've got the usual knocking coming from the rear left suspension on my 2005 STi, and all I want is a suspension set for the rear, which will cure this.

I assume that what I need is a set of two shock absorbers, and two springs. I have used google and I cannot for the life of me find out where to buy them from! I just want a replacement pair of KYB kit.

If anyone knows a place that sells them, I'd be really grateful to know!

Cheers,
Chris

This has been asked a couple of times lately, there are currently two threads that might be of help, one in the general section and another one in the suspension section here further down.

The other solution is to rebuild your current ones, or just regrease them the insert is removable.

Thats a great help, cheers! Just checked Camskill and it looks like a set is about £230.

It seems that this is the product I need, but I don't know if this also comes with springs?

http://www.camskill.co.uk/m10b0s2696..._02_on_WRX_STi

Or is it the case that I just use the existing springs?

Thanks once again!

If I'm not mistaken its just your shocks that need replacing. Your springs should still be in good working order.

It looks like the ones on the Camskill website are just for the shocks.

Speak to Scott or Andy at scooby spares at fleetwood.

I have the same issue and are having mine replaced on Saturday morning.

Spoke to him earlier this week and he has second hand ones in stock or he can get oem replacements for around 90 each

Thats great cheers, I'll give them a call :-) Just ordered a load of oil for servicing, so might as well get the shocks done at the same time!
