Default Suspension advice

Planning on competing in local hillclimb soon and want a bit of advise on what settings to run by AST / Whiteline suspension.

2004 sti
AST coilovers 60fr/40r
22mm fr arb/24mm rear arb
888's on 18"
Powerstation geometry

I have been informed that ride height should be set at 350mm fr / 330mm rear.

But, I am after a bit more advise on the arb settings and the damper settings.
