I had a couple of issues with my shocks, which are now 2 years old so obviously very out of warranty!

Rang Apex, and spent 30 mins or so going through some ideas, which given the age and cost of the shocks was very decent I thought. Unfortunately having gone through those points, issues remained.

I had a conversation with Bren, and in short he sorted my shocks out for me in a very low stress manner, and very reasonably! I really couldnt ask for more, unless he wanted to use the spanners to get them back on!

I race my car and take it probably too seriously on occasions, and I accept that a 3k set of Ohlins will be better, but for the money, and the service, cant fault them!

Anyway, some nice feedback, not bought or biased.
