If it is just a road car fit a 22mm adjustable rear bar and drop-links.

For track 22mm front and 24mm rear.

IMHO

What spring rates will you be using on your coilovers and what tires will you be using (track/street)?

There's no definite answer unfortunately, and it comes down to preference and driving style.

Either way it's either 22 rear only, or 22f/24r. I have this set-up on a Type R and love it. I also have a 22 rear only on my 'daily' STi wagon and love that too

Smooth driving style suits 22 rear only and the other way is for more aggressive monkeying

Important thing though is to go adjustable to leave some room for tweaking.
