bc coilovers!!!! track help
i have a track day saturday just fitted bc coilovers last weekend!! just wondering if anyone knows the best set up i.e stiffness and ride hight!!!! im running the br type with whiteline arb on stiff 225 40 18 potenzas o5o any help would be appreciated

Ok, this might not help you much as mine is an MY05 WRX so it'll probably be a bit lighter on the front end than your, plus I've got a standard ARB but I do have 18"s on it.
For stiffness I'm running 13 on the fronts, and 7 on the rear. I'll have to post the ride height tomorrow when I can take the measurement as I've forgotten then.
I found that reducing the dampers on the rears helped it turn in much better.
Oh year, my geometry settings are the Prodrive recommended settings.
