Default Worth changing to alloy arms ?

Hi all,

I have a UK Classic Turbo with the steel front lower arms - so, as above - is it worth changing to the alloy arms ?

Or is money better off spent on ARB & uprated drop links ?

Ta in advance,

An update: just remembering, one really important advantage of using the alu control arms (aside from slightly lighter weight and increased stiffness) is the ability to rotate the rear pin to increase your caster. And caster is very important for front end grip. On this platform, you pretty much can't have enough caster. So it really is something to look at down the road. But I think there are bigger fish to fry.

Have only seen this mentioned a few times here and there.....

Is it a 'free' mod that everyone with ally bottom arms should be doing?
Is it worth doing in combination with a whiteline ALK?
