No more than 30mm from std ride height I'd say. Slamming the car is not good for its handling!

Damper settings depend on spring rate chosen and personal preference. I'm finding 14 from fully soft at the front and 6 from fully soft at the rear; very good for the crappy roads of SE london (running comfort spec springs)

30mm was what i was thinking anyway , i think ill just need to experiment on the damper comp settings.

as for the preload, am i right in saying that the spring free length is printed on the spring, then it should be pre loaded by 5 mm.

Just measured mine and theyre definately not preloaded from factory, so im just going to preload them by 5mm from theyre free length.

is this correct ??

thanks for any input
