Are they worth doing?
I have a set of lateral link arms that have been polybushed and painted, am having my rear wheel bearing done on my car, is it worth having these put at the same time as the bearing is been done or not?

Depends if they are removing the knuckle or pressing in a bearing with it on the car. Depends on how much you feel like spending as you'll have to pay for that install as well as a having your geo set afterwards.

In terms of performance? Hell yes! Very large difference in rear end rotation and steering input with the poly bushed rear lat links. Do you also have the trailing arm poly bushed as well? I would suggest that while you are in there. Also really contributes to a better performing rear end. There is also a rear bush in the knuckle itself that I would also suggest getting swapped out as well. Its often missed when uprating lateral links and trailing arms. But it contributes to quite a bit of squidge in the rear end.
