New BC's, what settings ?
Hi
just recieved my new set of BC coilovers with camber adjustment all round and castor on the fronts
Now I'm a complete novice when it comes to this so how do I set them up ?
I have a V3 Type R, its not a daily drive just a weekend toy really. I will be doing a few track days this year and the car spends alot of its time on the B roads so can someone suggest a good setup for me please ?
Obviously when I've fitted them it'll be going for its 4 wheel alignment I would just like to have a set of figures/angles to tell them to set it to
I like the height as it is but maybe its too low ?
I'm not fussed about what it looks like really i just want the best handling I can get
Thanks

Who are you going to use to do your alignment and have they suggested anything to you?
I would say its best to speak with the people who are going to do your alignment and tell them what you are going to be using the car for and take it from there.

Too low will screw up the handling... Whiteline do to kit ( KCA313 ) to help adjust the front roll-centre, I would suggest it would help if you must have it so low.
Only IMHO.

I've often heard people refer to this mod as the "bump steer mod" and know it's a popular recommendation by Powerstation, but I've mainly seen it recommended for classic owners.
Is this just coincidence or should this mod be considered by any Impreza owner? Going rate looks to be £139 + fitting.
I run BC's and my car is relatively low at the front and I also run uprated Whiteline 22mm front and rear ARB's on a medium setting with a Whiteline anti-lift kit yet I still find I get a bit more body roll than I'd like.
I'm probably going to push the front and rear up to the hardest setting for the summer, but it will be interesting to see how much difference it really makes as I've heard too hard can make the ride suffer.
