You got the required answer on the link above. Use a hacksaw and put 2 slots 180 deg apart in the metal sleeve left from the bush, go carefully until just through the bush sleeve but not cutting into the alloy arm. Once you have done this you can persuade the two slot edges apart using loob and a screw driver then use a socket and vice to push it out.

Its a pain of a job but worth it in the end. Whiteline do a press in bush which is much stiffer than a poly bush.
