Question Front arb catching on steerinbg rack on full right lock

Hi all,

Noticed this just before xmas and wondering if anyone else has the same problem?

Car is a 2005 wrx, mods are whiteline 22mm front anti roll bar and anti lift kit, car is sat on tein s tech springs. Was fitted back in the summer, all worked fine and have also done a number of track days too. Just noticed that now on full right lock the steering rack catches on the front arb!

I have a set of whiteline alloy front droplinks waiting to go on that may help, but wondering if anyone else on here has had the same problem.

Thanks
Iain

Pics? Is it possible your ARB is installed upside down and catching on your outer tie rod? The STech are very low springs and with that much lowering as well as a bit of spring sag over time, an upside down swaybar would eventually contact the tie rod. But, definitely, we need pics at full lock showing where its catching.

Its also quite possible that the bar was misbent. There were a few improperly bent ARBs that somehow missed QC that were sold. Perhaps your's might be one of them. If that's the case, just contact your reseller and they will take care of you.

Or you may have been supplied the wrong item ?

P.S. Check it is centred correctly, if not re-align and add two jubilee clips.
