Smile Clicking noise on coilovers

As above i can hear a metalic click when i go over a bump. i have Cusco coilovers with adjustable top mounts.

Spherical bearings in the top mounts ?
Try a couple of drops of engine oil.

That's tonight and I'm working...

Check the pairs of spring seats are still "locked" !

And i forgot Tried oil on the top mounts and no joy. There's only one set of springs.

I'v just been down to NEC Autosport show today, talking to the Guys on the AST stand about the same problem. He said it could be plastic style dust seal where the chrome shaft goes into the shocker, he say if not lubricated it will knock.
Silicone spray were his words, Silicone spray.
