seen this on there website, now i have seen a selection of prices for the coilovers, and arb's so im wondering if this is a worth while deal, as its a one stop shop, all done, by what appears to be decent company.
http://www.scoobyworld.co.uk/catalog...oducts_id=1578
or in short...

Think I paid 650 for the just the coilovers then another 200 to get them aligned, so it seems a good deal. I suppose its whether you want to pay the petrol to drive up there and back on top as well.

The petrol, at today's prices does come into play. But I could borrow my mates recovery truck, or make a couple of days of it, if I can arrange a rental car for the day, or if they can do a courtesy car, I have a few places I could go in that area, so wouldn't be a wasted journey.
Will be calling them 2moro see when I can get it in

personal i wouldn't bother with coilovers unless your gonna be doing track work and changing the settings pretty often. a good set of adjustables and lowering springs will prob be a cheaper option and perfectly up to the job.

I could not disagree more, go for the BC's and get it set-up.
All the other bits I would do as and when. You may like the set-up with just the BC's.
I fitted a Whiteline rear arb and droplinks myself and it was a good mod, later I fitted the BC's and the change was in short amazing.

Well I'm about to do my 4th track day in my Scoob, and have another 1 booked, so that's all this car really is used for currently, but I will hopefully get more use out of it in the summer. Just awaiting a set of wheels back from being refurbed then it's off for suspension, then track day, then off to my mates garage for new turbo to be fitted, fmic, oil cooler, air intake, injectors, headers and few other bits, then a remap and hopefully i can enjoy the thing in the summer

4 wheel alignment, done properly including camber is typically £80-£100. The problem is getting it done properly. Plenty people have expensive laser alignment equipment but don't have the knowledge to use it properly or understand what settings to use.
To set up coil overs properly you need corner weighing equuipment and 4 wheel alignment and corner weighing can add substantially to the cost. Say £250 all in sometimes more.
When corner weighing and geometry is set up properly you can tell the difference right from the start.

I would argue that fitting coil-overs makes the Whiteline ARB's less influential, they are a good mod to support the OEM suspension. BUT the car's handling should be dictated by the suspension - springs/dampers, and then fine tuned with the ARB settings.
IMHO.
