Default Classic ride height

I've got the standard suspension on my UK2000 1999 classic, I got an offer of some STi springs, will they lower my Scooby when fitted or are they the same as what is currently on my car.

Am i better of buying some different springs, I had whiteline stuff on a prevous scooby, whats best for not being too hard ? are Eibach good on a classic ?

The STI springs are slightly lower than the standard setup, as is the Prodrive Bilstein set up. However it depends how low you want to go, and what your budget is.
