Default whiteline rear arb settings

just taken my droplinks off to grease em up to stop them creaking. i had it on the middle setting. .. but like an idiot ive forgot what setting is the hardest? . looking at this pic, which is kind of upside down. can anyone tell me
top (nearest the end)
middle
or bottom

thanks for the reply dunx. i thought it was that 1. ive moved it from the middle to the hardest setting. it felt stiffer when i went out but ive only drove half a mile up the road, will have to give it a proper testing at the weekend.
