Default 06 sti hawkeye shocks on a 05 sti blobeye will they fit

Hi All

I have a 05 sti blobeye pcd 114 which need new shocks and I can get my hands on a set of 06 sti shocks off a hawkeye pcd 114 will they fit mine

They are the same pcd 5x114 so are they a stright swop. I have been told they will fit by someone but just need to double check before I start taking the car apart.

Get the geometry done.

A MUST when the shocks have been removed / changed.

I got them very cheap and they have not done many miles so if they last for 6-12 months I will be very happy . Mine have been bad for about 8 months now and got a advisory on the MOT for them so they need changing ASAP.

Been thinking of BC's but even they have problems. If I had £650 spare I might of gone for the BC's as scoobyworld are fitting them for free till the end of Feb but the other half wants a big holiday this year so I cannot spare the cash at the mo
