Default WRX Shocks

Hi,

I'm having trouble choosing replacement shocks on my WRX. Recently fitted Eibach springs which have brought to the surface a problem with the front drivers shock. Springs are seated fine. Looking at Kybs, but where best to get them? Any others? Really don't think I need coilovers. Do need to get this sorted pronto as the noise on our narrow lanes is driving me nuts!!

Cheers for your help.

Hi,

I recently got some uprated KYB's for mine from Camskills. Have a word with Mike - and he will sort you a good deal.

The standard shockers on the WRX are KYB's............

I opted for the Ultra SR's which are a step up from the standard shocker and are great on the standard springs. My next step in going for the Eibach springs ( at the end of the month ).

Hope this helps.

Chris

Kyb don't do replacements for my Hawkeye unfortunately. I'm going for BC racing coilovers. Soon some nearly new Eibach springs will be surplus to requirements...

Cheers,

Matt

Mine's an 06 WRX - approaching 50k. If you can wait a week or two (payday!), when they come off I'll get the garage to look at them. If they're any good I'll let you know. The Eibach's were only fitted in June. 3,000 miles on them.
