Default Changing Shocks

Hi

Quick question as I have been different advice, I have a duff shock rear passenger side, can I just replace one or should I change them in pairs. (i.e. both rear ones together?

Thanks
Steve

Camskill do KYB standard shocks in pairs for UK and import at a good price.
These ones are import: Shocks
Uk are exactly the same.

I would happily change shocks on a road car singularly rather than in pairs.
There are loads of scaremongers that say you should change all 4 tyres on an Impeza at the same time and pads every time you change discs but unless it's been specially set up for the track on there own will be fine. [unless you have £ to burn]?

But they are 12 years old....

I hadn't realised how tired mine were after 7 years and only 45,000 miles.

Do both ! IMHO.

How do you know that, or are you assuming the car has 4 original shocks?
