Default track/road suspension

alright folks, got a 2003 sti, totally standard except upgarded discs n pads, on the road i find the suspension is fine but after doing my second trackday last night(1st one in the dry) ive found the body roll is chronic, to the point with even a quarter tank of fuel in it, it is getting fuel starvation after some sideways action.

it will eventually get more power but want to sort the handling out after getting barkes sorted.

after some advice on what route to go down, not got a big budget, so wondering if im just aswell fitting upgraded lowering springs or drop links with anti roll bars etc.?

any info opinions would be much appreciated along with prices and where to purchase parts from.

cheers in advance.

p.s 90% of trackdays will be at knockhill if that makes any difference.
