Default Sport/Turbo Suspension - Are They The Same?

I am thinking of swapping my suspension on my 98 sport for either wrx or sti ones. Are they a direct replacement, if so what is my best option?

if the wrx/sti is classic shape then yes a direct swap.STi will be much firmer than the sport setup you have at the moment and the wrx ones will be somewhere in the middle

thank you for your reply, for general road use would you say sti shocks are worth the extra money compared to wrx version. im after less body roll through corners. i am also waiting till may so i can get insured on a turbo so if theres not much difference on performance compared to price then i would get the wrx ones.

As above they are interchangeable. [classics]
You will get a drop in ride height using the standard UK turbo/WRX suspension and even lower for the STI suspension.
Personsally I would go for a full UK car suspension [shocks and springs] upgrade as these can be had for as little as £50 and really easy to fit.

Anyone know if the sport springs are the same as the WRX springs?

No, classic WRX is lower (about 20mm) and stiffer than UK Turbo/Sport, STi is the same ride height as the WRX but stiffer still.
