I would have thought the rears would need pushing out. I used the oxy bottles to burn the centre bush out and then push the rubber out and then hacksaw through the outer one part of the bush and prise it out with a screw driver.

Quarry fitter's tend the burn and weld most things

Why not buy some used rear arms off ebay and re-bush them? They are cheap enough. And you could remove and sell then if you ever part with the car.

In my experience T5OLF is right, Mr Acetylene is your friend. The outer steel bush effectively welds itself to the arms, a proper pig to push out.

A hole saw is useful for the smaller bushes

i got a STI rear end, just spent a fair few quid on the bushes and dont wanna waste more on some arms and end up with MORE junk after im done,,, as for refitting before i sell,,,, id never be that petty tbh and rather sell everything on it

as said i got access to the presses if i need to, just rather get as many done without presses first or atleast plan ahead if that makes sence

buying new arms would cost the same as getting one of he garages to do it for me,,, but id rather do it myself
