do i need t press any bushes out 4 powerflex
hi, just bought a full powerflex kit for my classis, just wondering which i need to press out and which i can get away with just taking out. sounds silly i know but dont wannatake the car apart to find i gotta drive to a place with a press
what ones need pressing ?
im guessing the rear wishbone on the front will, aint sure about diff mount and rear tie bars ect ect ect

I would have thought the rears would need pushing out. I used the oxy bottles to burn the centre bush out and then push the rubber out and then hacksaw through the outer one part of the bush and prise it out with a screw driver.

Why not buy some used rear arms off ebay and re-bush them? They are cheap enough. And you could remove and sell then if you ever part with the car.

In my experience T5OLF is right, Mr Acetylene is your friend. The outer steel bush effectively welds itself to the arms, a proper pig to push out.

as said i got access to the presses if i need to, just rather get as many done without presses first or atleast plan ahead if that makes sence
buying new arms would cost the same as getting one of he garages to do it for me,,, but id rather do it myself
