From the pictures, it looks like these will not allow for any sideways movement as polyurethane behaves differently then rubber. Have a look here:

The original placky ones have the same problem so wondering how important it is for daily use, not track work.
Mainly wondering if anyone had any problems with the flo-flex versions tho as my placky ones are worn, these cost about the same. I drive the cars hard enough to warrant 4 pots but don't track them.
