had my 03wrx approx 5 months still getting used to the car. In the last month or so i have noticed the steering has gone abit strange round town driving country lanes not at high speed im constantly correcting the steering only very minor. On dual carridge ways at 70mph or so when i hit slight bumps in the road it kinda feels like the car is aqua plaining. Has anyone got any ideas what this could be?

Stab in the dark here, but you have checked your tire pressures and tracking.
I had something like that a while ago, it turned out my steering fluid bottle was below min.

i've checked the tyre pressures there all equal but im unsure if im setting them to the right pressure as it has had 18's put on it before i bought it and i cant find anything telling me what im meant to run dont know if you can help on that one aswel?
im actually a tyre fitter so when i first bought the car i tracked it at work but i set it to what my book said but it has been lowered so i dont know what the settings should be once lowered. also has whiteline antilift fitted so dont know if that alters things to?

Has it had the geometry done since the ALK? If not it needs doing once this mod is added.

geomatry has been done by myself approx 4 months ago all the mods on the car where on there before that im gonna get it on the ramp 2moro just check the track see if it has changed all tyres are wearing evenly tho and has been fine since i did part from the last couple weeks just gone abit weird im thinking maybe power steering pump on its way out

all the bushes are good checked it myself at work plus got one of my mates to have a look who is a mot tester he couldn't fault anything. getting really annoying now i try and forget bout it but as its steering kinda hard to try and ignore im thinking maybe its power steering pump or rack are these common on a 03 wrx?
