but which ones should I go for?

Nice car!

I think many people are of the opinion that 50mm is too low though; it'll have a deleterious effect on the car's handling.

A genuine 25mm drop is good, aesthetically and in terms of performance.

It has Sti suspension on to start with, so its only really lowered it another 10-15mm from the Sti spring ride height. So i'd say it is about 25-30mm lower than standard suspension ride height.
