Default Spec c suspension

guys am i right in thinking that the Spec C suspension ie front and rear dampers/springs are better than the sti ,
i am about to get some for my 03 type uk sti which has whitleline springs -20mm but the rear dampers are knocking.
plan is to fit the spec c stuff with the whiteline springs.
what do you think!

Sounds like a good idea.

Could you notice the difference between spec-c suspension and sti ,have only owned sti so couldnt comment on how much better/stiffer spec-c is i'm thinking they maybe a bit beefer anyway have got them now they look identical to my sti ones but will put them on with the whitlines as i got them for a bargain and the rear needs changing anyway,on a note of interest i have never heard anyone with a spec -c complain about the rear dampers knocking so they must be better heres hoping

Sorry for slight thread diversion!

Does the spec c come with front & rear 21mm ARB as standard
& does it have the solid metal ball type droplinks?

If so could I get away with just buying an adjustable Rear 24mm ARB & dont need front ARB or solid droplinks?

(Not RA or RAR, just Spec C)

The springs are the same on the spec c and uk sti.
