Question

Looking at ways of reducing the understeer in my 22b and it appears that the bumpsteer mod is the way to go. I live in east yorkshire and powerstation are in cheltenham is there anyone further north that can help. Never had the geometry checked either - and the car is V lively (like most 22b's I understand).

Yep, when I gave SDB the keys to mine for a thrash round Dono he said that along with Squires it was the only car of 14ish 22B's he'd driven that he liked, the others all handled badly/strangely. I think they are very sensitive to geometry.
Simon suggested I get the bumpsteer done, but to be frank I didnt want the rear to get any more lively(Nicki drives it too and the kids are often in the back) and will stick with just 'correct' geometry.

Tires and geometry will do wonders for any car.
