Default 35mm RIDE HEIGHT DIFFERENCE ???

I have the new shape hatchback WRX . The drivers side rear sits 35mm lower than the passenger side rear. The car has had new struts and springs under warrenty but the problem persists. Subaru UK (IM Group are looking at my car) Its is the only reported case in the world ?!?!?!? They have given me a curtesy car, the same hatchback WRX model as mine. Within five miles this one is sitting 30/35mm lower at the rear drivers side quarter. But yet mine is the only one with the problem ???

I do kow the previous model suffered rear suspension faults, I'm wondering if this is a carry over or if anyone else with a new shape Impreza WRX has had a problem

It drives like it has a soft tyre when you turn left but is fine when you turn right.
