Default Whiteline Advice

Had my whiteline ALK, rear drop links and 24mm adjustable rear bar on for about 7k miles and noticed recently that the car has been crashing over anything and decidedly feeling crap.

Decided to give the bushes etc a dose of WD40 and its made a very noticable difference but Im pretty sure that WD40 isnt the answer , any advice on what to use instead, would a standard Silicon spray or PTFE etc do a better job, dont really fancy taking it all apart to properly re grease everything for a while yet.

Cheers,
