Im looking at the perrin gear as i love the quality and looks but im unsure as to what is best.

Im thinking 24mm arb stout mounts and alloy droplinks, this all being on the rear for the front i leave alone.

But i have tein type ha coilovers which are hard as they are, so what would be the best way to go about this.

Would fitting better front droplinks but leaving the arb bring good benefits?

Reduce understeer and reduce bodyroll when cornering but i don't want to make the ride much harsher as the teins do that already.

22mm adjustable rear would do it nicely i think.

agree with dynamix, if you are not planning on changing the front arb.

a decent alignment setup will also help

Yep:
stock front/22 rear
22 front +24 rear = happiness.
Be ready for a vast improvement!
