Default suspension upgrade

just after some pointers from you guys, just thinking of uprating my suspension, car is a uk classic my00 looking for a fast road and occasional track(couple a year) use, cheers.

anti-roll bars (fr and rear ), drop links .uprated springs, dampers ,, coilovers ,,etc etc all depends on budget

I was looking at whitline rear ARB, droplinks and ALK, just not sure about shocks/ springs?

If your struts are low mileage and in very good condition you may get away with adding uprated springs such as those made by Eibach or Whiteline, if your struts are tired you're wasting your time and should look to replace them with something like the KYB AGX struts - this combination works well and is a vast improvement over the standard set-up.
If your track work becomes more regular it may be worth looking at a coil over system such as the KW Variant 3.

Mine is MY00 UK daily driver and I find the KW variant 3s absolutely fab on mine. Excellent adjustability for nice road settings and tight track settings

Better than throwing money at things like teins (learnt that the hard way).

Zak @ Mocom will take care of you, and specialises in those sort of setups.
