Default How do I soften the ride on my coilovers?

Hi all, new member here so looking forward to getting to know you all.

I have just picked up my first ever Scoobie yesterday and I love it to death, what an amazing car! Its a 99 V plate STI version 6.

So here we go, my first technical question...

The only gripe I have so far though is the suspension is so bloody hard I feel like my fillings are going to fall out!

I am told by the guy I bought it from that it has coilovers. Were these fitted standard to STI's and how do you adjust them so I can make it slightly nicer on the bumps?

Cheers,

Justin

I think David Hendrey import Zerosport products to the UK. They are Subaru dealers, so I would start there.
