Default FAO Mike Wood (GB270 info)

Hello Mike,

Could you please let me know what the size of the rear ARB for the GB270 impreza wagon is.
Also what is the part number for the rear ARB and lowering springs (SACC2666?) for the same model.

Thanks a lot.
Regards,
Fivos

The rear arb is the 20mm one that's fitted to earlier WRX models (07MY has a 17mm bar as std)

Spring kit is the normal 05/06/07MY part, SACC2666

Regards

Mike

Thank you Mike.
Do you know the part number for the ARB?
Will I need new mounts or does the ARB come with them?

Fivos

Hi Fivos

The rear arb is 20451FE000. Can't remember the part number for the bushes but it ends in 050. Your dealer can check it out quite easily as Subaru parts are easy to work out and all the rear arb bushes have the same front part to the part number, the last three digits give you the specific application.

Regards

Mike

Thanks Mike. You have PM.
I tried ordering it but got conflicting information from 2 different subaru dealers.
To cut a long story short, I phoned subaru in Carlisle to enquire about the rear ARB for the GB270 wagon (before asking your advice here) and they gave me part number 20451FE010. They mentioned that 20451FE000 is the rear ARB for the GB270 saloon.
Is this true? I then phoned Subaru Greece to order and they told me that the 20451FE010 is a standard 17mm rear ARB!
I am now confused; are the ARB's different between the saloon and wagon versions?
Sorry to bother you again, I am just trying to clarify things before I make the wrong order.

Thanks again,
Fivos
