Best suspension for 93wrx
As title really.
I have coilovers (unknown make) and they are fecking hard and driving on our smooth roads they are beginning to annoy me.
I still want the car a little lower then standard can this be done with standard shocks and springs,if so , which ones would be advisable.
Just want fast road use no trackdays.
Cheers Paul

Buy simply from someone reputable.
If the dampers have leaked one could wash all the crud off and they would look great and be dangerous.
You will pay a little extra but a good source would be David at Welcome to the API website as he will stand by anything he sells.
He can also fit and re-align the car.
Invest in a 22mm rear roll bar while it is all apart!

I feel the Sti system is the best road going all rounder for performance/pace/surety and safety.
The factory ones are great. My old Sti V3 are/were as you describe and were really good.
The effect of a simple 22 or 24mm rear bar cannot be over-estimated.
Put the car on a track and things are different, but almost everything has to be changed to get the best track system.
