I discover way back that you have had GAB suspension struts fitted. My car came from Japan with the adjustable GAB struts fitted but I've no idea how to adjust or what the ratings mean.
Can you let me know who fitted them ?

Hi there
Bob.T helped me fit mine
On the front struts under the bonnet you will see a dial which you can adjust using a screwdriver! Numbered one to four.....
On the rears I think it is best for you to take the wheels off to see the adjusting ****, also labelled one to four.....
At the moment I have my suspension set on 2 all round and the car is settling in quite nicely......I still get jolted around a bit, but nevertheless I am happy with it.
How are you finding it?
Cheers
Michelle

As I have nothing to compare with it's hard to judge but mine are set at 3 and it is "very pointy" - as they say in car reviews - but very firm. Still after an MX-3 maybe its not a fair comparison.
Thanks for the information now I can experiment and see which setting is the firmest !

Setting three is apparently a firmer setting than two.
I agree that it is very pointy round corners - goes round like it is on rails, but I also find that the rear end is now a little jumpy if the surface is uneven, so on B-roads I have tended to go round bends at a slower speed than I would have with my old WRX suspension - but on smooth surfaces it grips like a dream........
Have an experiment and let me know what you think, I am fairly happy with it as it is, I will be interested on your thoughts.
Cheers,
Michelle.
