Hi matey - I've recently had AST adjustable front top mounts fitted to an MY03 STI. These allow you to add an extra 6 degrees of castor, which gives the steering a much weightier feel; the solid top mounts also give a much better 'feel' through the steering wheel - you can really feel what's going on under the tyres and a far more precise sense of what the car's doing. There's slightly more road noise but not much. Apparently the rears give a lot of extra noise for not much extra benefit, so (on Curtis's advice) I went for fronts only - definitely recommended

So you now run over 9 degrees ? I think that should read the Whiteline adjustable top mounts allow for upto 6 degrees of positive castor.

The Noltec adjustable top mounts will let you run 5.5degrees of castor and 2 degrees negative camber on an otherwise standard chassis on a pre MY05 Impreza. Fitting these to an MY05 STi with the revised front suspension geometry will see nearer to 7 degrees

Thats great guys, Ive ordered some Noltec fronts and some rear drop links. I think I should replace my rear top mounts aswel, they are bound to be tired. Are STI ones more heavy duty and can anyone suggest where to get them from?
