Default prodrive springs sti 8
how can i tell if my sti uk type has uprated springs?

i can see red things under the wheel arches what are they?

If they're red then they should be the springs

Also if you jack one wheel up you can check for the Prodrive logo and part no

as above
the standard sti springs are black,prodrive ones are red !

thanks guys, all i can see is like a red thing tucked up under the arch i cant actually see the spring much its a bit black the bit i can see.

i am still waiting for the service book to come through

Er.... you could try jacking up the car and getting a wet cloth and clean the spring and er see what colour it is

Gatty, if you drive over a pothole and all your teeth are still in place, you have the Prodrive springs !
