can i buy a set of adjustable dampers then fit my own springs or does it not work like that also does anyone know where i can get a set of adjustable dampers thanks

 

You could fit the KYB AGX dampers in replacement of the conventional type struts and fit your springs, or if you are refering to coilover set-ups there are a number of options dependent on budget and intended use

Yes we do supply, and fit these struts however we are unable to offer any GB pricing as the margins are just not there.
