Im doing my first track day (croft) at the end of this month , I have a V7 sti (jdm) with min 450/450 , But mainly I have AST type 25 suspension , What settings are best for track ????? cheers Alan.

I did Croft a few weeks back with my 03 JDM Sti with AST's and I had the settings which 911 suggested in a thread a while back. Do a search on his username as it worked well for me and I never messed with the ride height or damper settings, just tyre pressures.

Alan, speak to Ian at Palmers- I think he's doing that day (is it the javelin event?)- he has quite a bit of experience at setting the AST's. Failing that, pay John Felstead to set it up
