Question What Springs ???

Just about to fit 17" wheels to my 99 Classic..

Can't afford to get a full set up just yet (was trying to source P1/ sti set-up )

So to get rid of the unwanted gap , what do you guys recommend for Springs and Why ?

Eibach , Tein or H&R..

Thanks in advance.

Don't think you can beat Eibach for the money tbh mate.

Tried Tein on my Classic but found the Eibachs to suit a little better.

Hi,

I've got Cobra springs on my 99 UK turbo, they lower it 30mm front and 20mm rear, theres no trouble with my 17in alloys. they've improved the handling by lowering the nose more, so reducing understeer, also they aren't to harsh for the back roads. All in all really pleased with them.

I got Eibachs on a newage. Amongst a plethora of other things. lol.
Very good but the old knocking when new can get most annoying.
Not sure if this applies to all cars but it does to a lot of newage ones.
I rarely get any noise from them at all now, or i am just used to it.
Anyway, i remember at the time thinking i should have had them springs done earlier as i thought that was one of the best mods i had done.

Fitted Eibachs on my 98 WRX last. The difference is like night and day, I wish I'd done it sooner. Drives so much better on the backroads that I burn around on.
