Hi there,
Ive got an MY03 STiUK PPP with eibach's and whitelane(?) kit on the front.
I get a knocking noise sometimes from the front, its not affecting handling that I can see, but i need to investigate. Any ideas?

Its not the back, as ive got new struts and top mounts fitted under warranty a couple of months ago.

Yup, two bushes underneath hold the ARB in - these can dry out and need regreasing, or can wear out and slip out which you can see. Either regrease or replace and all noise should cease - Garage job though to get the bushes out as they are usually tight buggers

You may find the Eibachs are "bottoming" on a couple of the coils. Not unknown on these I believe? The culprit coils can be insulated from each other - this often seen on some springs.

or wet..!

Mine from WL ARB squeak's/creaks when wet (ie in heavy rain or after washing) when going over speed bumps..!

I've re-greased them but still does it. Poly bushes on painted ARB IMHO the cause..!
