What MY?
Is it the actual bar or the bolts, drop links, etc.. There's nothing really to it other than having the car off the ground along with the wheels i.e. if the wheels droop, then you'll need to be Arnie to change the bits.

ah right, just read your other post.
If it's the ARB, then it's pi$$ easy to replace. If you're skinny, you could probably get away with not having to raise the back end. I did my rear ARB on some cheap Halfords ramps.
You might as well get an uprated bar for £80.

its real easy. Make sure car is nicely balanced as if one spring is more compressed to another, it will be hard to remove unless the bar is completely broken. Dont even need to jack it up really, but I'm skinny... but a jack can help level the car.

Last time I did the links I drove car up onto a kerb on one side, fitted that drop link (1min job with suspension compressed) then drove other side up onto kerb and fitted that link (another min).

As above make sure the suspension is level, otherwise the arb will be twisted.
Do not use a jack, just drive the car up some ramps and do the job.
Spray the fixings with wd40 the day before and use loads of the supplied grease (lithium i think) on all the plastic bushes.
easy job.
