Whiteline drop link fitting problems
I got the Whiteline ally drop links and went to fit them today.
Seems to me the lower bolt thats supplied is the wrong diameter (too small).
It fits correctly in the bush inside the drop link but is way too loose in the suspension fitting.
Anyone else thats fitted these come across this problem?

I do believe those drop links are for uk spec control arms, the pressed steel ones, not the alloy sti control arms. I have seen someone "modifiy" them to fit, but they rubbed against the control arm on full drop. I think the original sti links are perfectly adequate.

I think you have the wrong part - check on the whiteline site..
click on the your car link and find the right pdf file.

Thanks for that link, I got them from Rallynuts. Seems the ones i've got are for the classic not the Newage. I need the KLC32's.

Thanks for confiriming. To be fair I think Rallynuts aren't aware of this.
I'll give them a buzz tomorrow and get them changed over.

Thanks for all the help, got the KLC32's on Friday and fitted them today.
All the knocking/rattling from the front has completely gone now and the car feels much better.
Just need to get the tracking done now and the car will be perfect
