Default what are the best cost affective handling mods

what are the best cost affective mods to get a real difference over the standard handling of a classic impreza turbo ? plus ive still got that horrible squeaking noise from lock to lock when the car is cold ! does any one know what the corse and cure is ? ( and yes i have checked my power steering fluid )

Most people would agree that fitting a 22mm rear anti-roll bar makes the biggest difference in handling. Check out Whiteline products...

As above really,
First port of call would be the rear Anti roll bar (3 position adjustable 22mm)

Then some stiffer drop links (assuming uk car) to control the bar better.

Next stage would be the anti lift kit to give you a bit more castor.

When that is fitted you'll need the alignment done so should get the bumpsteer removed at the same time.

Then you could go a bit lower with the chassis with some eibach springs

Next stop would be a set of AST's 12 way adjustable coilovers.

After that it gets a bit serious.

or at least get the suspension geometry done by them or others such as TSL. For £100 ish it will transform your car.

if you have more money to spare then... as above
