Default fitting just a rear ARB

I have a 2003 STi Type UK
has anyone just fitted an adjustable rear ARB?

ScoobyClinic and Powerstation mention changing the drop links aswell but in the interest of cost could i get away with just the ARB?
Eventually i will get springs, ARB, drop links and antilift so should i wait until then and have the lot done all together.
Thankyou for your opinions/experience.

tbh I think I'd do it in a different order..

Springs first - get prodrive ones or the like and alignement from Powerstation and it will transform the handling as well as look so much better.

Then do ARB, personally I'd say do the droplinks as well as they're not that much more expensive and you'll probably save on labour rather than doing them seperately. Get antilift done as well if you can afford to or do it later, your choice..

Do not dis-agree with above, IMHO:

Get it all done in one go.
The parts list is correct.(and advice on springs above)
The advice from Powerstation is first class
The engineering will be first class also (proven on my Car)

The car will be fabulous and you will wonder WHY didn't Subaru do this in the first place?

Chassis mods should be done before engine mods as a good chassis adds so much speed to any car, and the Impreza is no exception.

All in my humble opinion backed-up by experience and being a happy PowerStation customer.
Not to show-off, but I put my trust in the PS set-up!

If its on a budget, sounds like it is... I'd do drops and ARB together, and save up for the rest. did this on my 01 WRX and noticed a heck of a difference. don't need to do the whole lot just yet... the net effect v cost isn't as big.

If you're near MK, get the parts and I can help you fit?? Have ramps and reasonable set of spanners! I did mine and they're still on the car!

Drop links are only about £50 aren't they. Might as well do arb and links in one go for around £150.

as iam having the 30k service as well so budget is limited for now.
sounds like drop links and ARB works so ill go down that route first.
... the next £500 or so can go on springs etc...
thanks for advice guys
