Probs with Eibachs on 03 WRX
Anyone else got this setup?
Mine came with the Eibachs on and it seems pretty noisy - sounds to me like the springs aren't seated properly. Only seems noisy at low speeds - over speedbumps etc.
Had a quick look at them whilst on the car and the 'Eibach' writing/logo is upside down - is this normal? Surely they can't have been fitted upside down!
Any thoughts? Is your Eibach logo the right way up?
Is there any way of telling if they're seated properly without stripping the whole lot back off? Spoken to local garage who estimated 4 hours labour to take 'em back off again

I got em on mine and they are noisy too. Can be most noisy on flatish roads with little but loads of undultions. Then they noisy. By noise, i mean the knocking type noise.
Mine, like i say above, are worse on roads that just seem flat yet contain lots of say joins in the tarmac and stuff.
From what i gather, you get that with these! Hahaha.

I never had this problem in my WRX03 with Prodrive springs and even now that I have Spec C shocks with Prodrive (for STI) springs the noise is negligible compared with a friends STI with H&R and another with Eibachs!
Tahat's why sometimes worth to pay some more money for better parts!

Both my fronts were noisey, there should be a rubber sheath fitted to the top and bottom of the springs. I had these fitted later, it stoppped the left handside from knocking, but the right hand side still knocks.
Eihback UK will send you afull lenght sheath for free, but you have to remove the springs to fit them.

Powerstation fitted mine (to my 03 WRX) and they rattle like buggery! I really must take them up on their offer of sorting them but I can never find time to do the 140 mile round trip!

Not sure if Eibach springs are different for 01-02 and 03-04, but the rear top mounts changed MY03, and therefore they might not fit properly.
Maybe worthwhile trying MY01-02 rear top mounts
