Smile lowering the scoob -good or bad?

will lowering a uk99 enhance or degrade the scooby handling.say by putting on ebach springs all round .i dont want oversteer or understeer just nice and neutral handling.and i dont want to loose any grip or ride quality .and by lowering it will the suspension bottom out at high speed
wheels i have are 17" with goodyear gsd3 f1"s
cheers all

Eibach springs are very highly rated on here.

I have a MY00 with Eibachs and 18" alloys - no rubbing at all.

To be honest though these springs will not lower the car very much. It's barely visible on the rear and the front only really drops maybe 15 - 20mm.

The handling of the car does certainly improve. I can't comment on the springs alone though as I had other work done at the same time.
