Bent front suspension!

Bent front suspension!
Hit a kerb avoiding a cat yesterday and bent the front lower suspension arm (NS) on my MY00 turbo. Next time kitty gets it.
Have ordered a new suspension arm, arriving next week and it looks quite simple to replace, however my question is, has anyone replaced this arm, how easy was it, and how are the bushes fitted? Do I need a press to get the bushes out or are they bolted on?
Any Help appreciated, a diagram / exploded drawing of the swing arm would be ideal.
Cheers

Easy job to do. Starting from after jacking the front of the car up and putting on axle stands.
Undo the drop link from the bottom arm. Remove the split pin and remove the ball joint nut (underside) of arm. Remove the front locating bolt (horizontal through sub frame) and then remove the rear mounting block (19mm bolts into chassis) Bottom arm drops off! Replace in reverse order of above.
Check the tracking!
