Lowering a Forester

A mate of mine has got a Forester Turbo and wants to lower it. Can anyone suggest someone that can supply a set of uprated springs? Can anyone suggest how much lower he can go?

AFAIK the Forester T has self leveling suspension so I am not so sure you can lower it
